Prior business experience may be helpful for those interested in the White Shovel franchise opportunity. However, we will train individuals who are reliable, hard-working and collaborative professionals and possess the ability to learn skills necessary to manage the business. White Shovel franchisee training entails five days at corporate headquarters in Hartselle, Alabama. We have built a centralized software system for all company operations – from incoming leads and pricing to design. Each White Shovel franchise will receive a copy to run their location.
Where should I locate my business?
First come, first served…as a franchisee you elect where you want to operate. You control the ability to target potential customers located in your area. There are no territorial restrictions on who may become a potential customer of your business other than restrictions on servicing those customers belonging to another White Shovel business. Right now, we’re looking to expand regionally but any area has the potential to be a White Shovel service area.
