We are looking for a strong leadership candidate to supervise and assist a landscape install team in full landscape installations.
This person will need to be physically fit enough to withstand long hours of labor in Alabama summer heat. This person will be responsible for fully planning and implementing a previously designed landscape.

 

Requirements:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Able to drive a truck and trailer rig
At least two years experience in operating heavy machinery
At least two years of management experience
Experience in landscaping and customer service preferred but not required.

We are looking for a motivated candidate that is not afraid of hard work. This person will need to be physically fit enough to withstand long hours of labor in Alabama summer heat. This person will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning and installing a previously designed landscape.

This person's sole responsibility will be to encourage a high level of morale, and quick, high-quality labor all while implementing the supervisor's plan. This person will ensure the jobs are completed White Shovel’s Quality standards, even if the supervisor is not able to be on site at certain times.

We are looking for a strongly motivated person to work in a temp to hire position. This person will need to be physically fit enough to withstand long hours of heavy labor in Alabama summer heat. Responsibilities will be installing landscapes according to the supervisor’s plan of action.

 

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Experience in landscaping preferred but not required

We are looking for a self-motivated person to work in a commission based position. This person will be trained to design landscapes using White Shovel’s Design Templates. They will be responsible for full customer service with all of their clients. Creating a landscape that fits each customer’s unique need.
